The TELoIP Partner Program is committed to serving the needs of our Partners. It is a multi-disciplinary program which enables Partners to maximize their partnership with TELoIP. The program is divided into Three Phases and encompasses five months from the signing of the partnership agreement to complete. We believe the TELoIP advantage shines through the success of our Partners.
Partner On-Boarding Phases
Phase 1 – Productization & Training
As part of TELoIP’s commitment to our Partners’ success and comfort in positioning, selling, delivering, and supporting software-defined VINO Internet and VINO WAN Service deployments, we have developed a catalog of courses available to each Partner. A Training Calendar is created early in the onboarding process and maintained through the ramp. The courses selected are based on the level of expertise of the Partner’s staff and the scope of responsibilities that the Partner has selected in the Acquisition Process. All sessions can be recorded, and offered for on-going training and refreshment for the Partner’s staff.
Phase 2 – Sales Enablement
As the business ramps towards expected volumes, the process and system integration nears completion and the interim grace period comes to a close, the following activities occur to move the business into a steady state of operations.

- Deal Closing
- Order Placement
Phase 3 – Operationally Self Sufficient
In parallel with sales engagement will be order placement and fulfillment. The goal of this stage is work closely with the Partner at the beginning to ensure installations are smooth. As the Partner gains experience the goal is to have Partners manage the order from placement, to installation and support. TELoIP will work closely with all Partner staff until they are capable and self-sufficient.
Once the Partner has completed all three phases of the TELoIP Partner Onboarding Program, they will become a certified partner. This will ensure discount levels are maintained and co-engagement on sales management to drive maximum growth and revenue for the Partner.
